Both right side drawer slide rail braken
Very easy. The top rail was replaced with the new part. The lower rail was found broken upon removal of drawers, and not having a second new rail, I made an aluminum inser for the screws to hold fast and attached it with fiberglass tape and CA . I realy was impress with your fast service and knowledge of interchangable parts from other bran makers. We got an GE brand part instead of a Kenmore but It worked perfect. Thanks for your NEXT DAY delivery. .

Broken drawer slide rails, actuator pad worn out, double outlet water valve inop.
moved refrigerator away from wall and unplug it from electric outlet, turn water supply to the Water Valve off, removed 4 screws that hold refrigerator back cover, move cover out and removed water supply line from valve, removed 1 screw that hold the Outlet Water Valve and remove it slowly until you can disconnect electric wires. Cut plastic water lines with box cutter or cutting tool at the valve. To install push water lines into new valve, they will selfsecure, each one is different size and there will be no confusing which one go where, if electric plugs are diferent, adapter are provided, just plug them in and the plug in electric wires and then reverse the the order of disasembly to finish. (hint, before installing back cover check for leaks).
the slide rails are very easy to replace, just remove the old one with a cross tip screwdriver and replace.
actuator pad was very easy to replace, pull old one out and push new one in place.

The drawer slide rail was broken so we couldn't pull out the lower drawer.
We took out the 2 screws, put the new slide rail on and were done in just a few minutes.
