To much beer in the bottom of fridge and to much vegetables shoved in the middle drawer
Removed the two drawers. Unscrewed the side rails that cracked away from the screws.Replaced the new side rails in place screwed in the screws and waalaa all done....easy as pie. Oh by the way I am a woman with little experience of tools...Just have to say the pictures of the parts made it really easy to pick out the correct part. Thanks

Water spilling out of back of refrig.
PartSelect ROCKS! Couldn't have been easier to do the repairs. Parts arrived in 2 days, everything I ordered was in the box. Minutes later my refrigerator was fixed!!!Thanks PartSelect, looks like I don't need the yellowpages anymore! P.S. I ordered a part I didn't need, called customer service and the return process couldn't be simpler. I will happily use you again and highly recommend you to my family and friends.

Old parts broken and or cracked so drawers didn't open easily and shelves were uneven
First I removed the drawers and shelves. Then I removed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). Next I removed the two screws (8 total) for each of the left and right drawer slide rails and rail assemblies. Then I spent way too much time cleaning the bottom half of my refrigerator, the shelves and drawers! After finishing the cleaning, I installed the lower left and ride slide rails (2 screws ea). Then I installed the upper left and right slide rails (2 screws ea). I then installed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). After that I set the bottom shelf and drawer in and then did the upper shelf and drawer.
The packaging was OEM, clearly marked too. The hardest part of the job was cleaning my refrigerator!

It was really easy. I removed my drawers out. (They were kidn of sitting on the base and the glass because the rail broke). All I had to do was unscrew the broken rail and screw in the new one. Good to go in 10 minutes!

Child jammed drawer while trying to reinstall, breaking rail
I first removed the glass plate, then I doubled checked to make sure I had the proper part. Then I removed the screws using a phillips screw driver (2). Removed new part from the plastic bag and installed the screws in the holes proved in the slide rail. I slightly tighten the screws, I then replaced the glass and then the drawer

Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. Very easy and wife was extremely happy after old plastic parts self destructed over a period of months and refrigerator was essentially unusable on the bottom two drawers.

Broken rails for veggie drawers
The Rails were cheap and shipped very quickly.
Removed food items from the shelves and drawers, then the glass plate shelves - push forward and raise from the rear edge.
Verified that the rail parts were identical.
There were two screws holding each rail, remove the screws, remembering to note how the rails were oriented.
Cleaned all surfaces normally covered by the rails and drawers etc. using common kitchen cleaner.
Used the original screws and a philips #2 to secure the new rails, making sure not to over-tighten the screws.
This is an easy repair to do. Much easier than say replacing the oil filter on your car, or cleaning the filter on range hood fan.

Took the food items off the glass shelf that fits in the side rail. Unscrewed the broken piece discarded it and screwed in the new piece. Simple as that.
