Broken produce drawer side rail
Very very simple. The rail is held in by just two screws. Remove these, remove the old rail, replace with new rail, screw it down! The hardest part is actually getting your head into the space where the drawer goes so that you can see the screws you're removing.
Now, why this thing broke to begin with is a whole other story....but at least fixing it is simple.

The shelf fell down...
... sliding all my cans and bottles into the produce bin. Amazingly, as I am a fifty-something divorcee with no mechanical skills, I was able to identify the broken part on your site. A replacement arrived promptly and fit perfectly. I fixed my own refrigerator!!!!

Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. Very easy and wife was extremely happy after old plastic parts self destructed over a period of months and refrigerator was essentially unusable on the bottom two drawers.

Broken rails for veggie drawers
The Rails were cheap and shipped very quickly.
Removed food items from the shelves and drawers, then the glass plate shelves - push forward and raise from the rear edge.
Verified that the rail parts were identical.
There were two screws holding each rail, remove the screws, remembering to note how the rails were oriented.
Cleaned all surfaces normally covered by the rails and drawers etc. using common kitchen cleaner.
Used the original screws and a philips #2 to secure the new rails, making sure not to over-tighten the screws.
This is an easy repair to do. Much easier than say replacing the oil filter on your car, or cleaning the filter on range hood fan.
