Received the part in a couple of days. Replaced drawer slide. Repair completed.
I removed all items on the shelf that the rail supported. I removed the crisper top and crisper. I removed the 2 screws that held the broken rail and removed the broken rail. I set the new slide rail in place and tightened the 2 srews. Then I reinstalled the crisper and crisper shelf. This was a very simple, easy repair. The most difficult part of the process was identifying the correct replacement rail online.
First i had to remove basket, and then remove the two screws in bracket, and replace with new bracket , it took me about two min. to replace.

Very very simple. The rail is held in by just two screws. Remove these, remove the old rail, replace with new rail, screw it down! The hardest part is actually getting your head into the space where the drawer goes so that you can see the screws you're removing. Now, why this thing broke to begin with is a whole other story....but at least fixing it is simple.
I just screwed in the two screws and put the rail in.
... sliding all my cans and bottles into the produce bin. Amazingly, as I am a fifty-something divorcee with no mechanical skills, I was able to identify the broken part on your site. A replacement arrived promptly and fit perfectly. I fixed my own refrigerator!!!!
