Drawer had been falling off the rails for several years and finally decided to look for parts.
The left and right rails came in quickly by UPS and after opening the box, I compared to old parts and found they were an exact match.
I then proceded to remove the two defective rails. It was quite simple. There were 3 phillister screws holding on each rail. I simply removed the old rail one at a time and replaced with the new one in reverse order of removal.
After replacing both rails, I replaced drawers and now no more drawer dropping. I only which I had discovered Parts Select.com 2 years ago. It was simple to order, amazingly could still get parts, and clear diagrams and easy to identify part numbers. I will refer to this company in future for all of my parts needs if available.
Thanks, Charles from Hattiesburg Mississippi.

Old parts broken and or cracked so drawers didn't open easily and shelves were uneven
First I removed the drawers and shelves. Then I removed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). Next I removed the two screws (8 total) for each of the left and right drawer slide rails and rail assemblies. Then I spent way too much time cleaning the bottom half of my refrigerator, the shelves and drawers! After finishing the cleaning, I installed the lower left and ride slide rails (2 screws ea). Then I installed the upper left and right slide rails (2 screws ea). I then installed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). After that I set the bottom shelf and drawer in and then did the upper shelf and drawer.
The packaging was OEM, clearly marked too. The hardest part of the job was cleaning my refrigerator!

I had a hugh christmas party and had lots of heavy items on top of the refrigerator pull-out drawers causing one to actually collapse and break the sliders. I found the part I needed on your site, received it in just a couple of days and quickly repaired the large drawer slider. It works perfectly
Screwed the slider into the side of my refrigerator, added the drawer and glass top. All fixed as good as new.

Drawer slide broken; fell completely off.
The drawer and shelf malfunctioned from day one. After being shocked by the appliance store's denial of fault and the estimate to repair I went online and Googled the model number of my refrigerator. Lucky for me I found Parts Select. I ordered the part for a tiny fraction of the repair estimate and received the part in three days. The replacement was very simple -even for a middle aged real estate attorney. I removed the drawer and glass shelf; removed two phillips head screws; lined up the new part replaced the screws slid in the drawer and sat the glass shelf in place. Looks new, works like new. Thank goodness for PartsSelect.com

Broken slide rail at screw attachment point
I removed all items on the shelf that the rail supported. I removed the crisper top and crisper. I removed the 2 screws that held the broken rail and removed the broken rail. I set the new slide rail in place and tightened the 2 srews. Then I reinstalled the crisper and crisper shelf. This was a very simple, easy repair. The most difficult part of the process was identifying the correct replacement rail online.
