I had on slide broke in half and the other about to break
I simply took the drawer out took the screws out holdig the two broken slides and put the two new slides back in then the drawer and now the drawer slides in and out easier than it did with the original parts

Ice maker and water dispenser did not work
I ordered the parts to repair my two drawers in the refridgerator. MY daughter climbed on them to reach the top shelf. While I was ordering the parts for the drawers, I thought I would find out if I could fix the ice and water dispenser. I looked up the model number and found the parts I thought would fix it...I read other customers repairs and figured it was the mother board. I ordered it on Thursday night, received it on Saturday and fixed it less than ten minutes. The video repairman was so helpful, I watched it a couple of times and felt confident to do the repair. My son was very proud of his mom...now we have ice, water and drawers that open and close......

Broken rails and trim pan bar
I removed the broken parts by taking out the screws that held them in place. I then screwed the new parts back in. Everything fit perfectly and the parts I ordered arrived in one day.

The side rails on the fruit draws broke and I had the water inlet vale bust on the ice maker.
i just removed the philip screws on the old ones and instaled the new rails.the water valve was easy with the water lines had a quick disconect on them,then used pliers to remove the rest of it.the repairs are very easy.

To much beer in the bottom of fridge and to much vegetables shoved in the middle drawer
Removed the two drawers. Unscrewed the side rails that cracked away from the screws.Replaced the new side rails in place screwed in the screws and waalaa all done....easy as pie. Oh by the way I am a woman with little experience of tools...Just have to say the pictures of the parts made it really easy to pick out the correct part. Thanks

Crisper drawer side rail broke
We were using the fridge without the drawer in for at least a year. I wasn't sure how we could get it fixed and we didn't have the money to buy a new fridge. One day I was tired of looking at our fridge without the drawer in it and I took the make/model/serial number down and Googled GE fridge parts and it brought me to your site. The site was easy to use, I found the parts I needed and my parts arrived within 2 days of ordering. That evening I brought the box of parts to my husband and said "fix the fridge... please". BAM! 15 minutes later... I have a normal working fridge again. Thank you!

The rail that held the veg drawer and shelf had broken and as a result the drawer and the shelf were proped up and not very effective.
I took the drawer and the shelf out and screwed the railing into place and it was as good as new. No more items falling off and no more shelf collapsing into the veg. drawer.

The original slide rail had broken
1. when I went to the web site, it was very helpful with pictures to find the part, and part # I needed. 2. I ordered the part at noon, with 3-5 delivery, it was delivered from PA to VA in 24 hours. 3. took the screws out of the side of the fridge, put new slide rail in, re-screwed with Phillips screwdriver, and it was done!

Side rail broke
removed the screws cleaned the shelf and drawer and installed the new piece with the two screws. the longest part was cleaning the pieces! it was very easy.

Broken drawer slide
First of all, the part arrived almost overnight. I was shocked how fast it got here. I know they want me to say great things here about their service. I must admit using their online blue prints made it so easy. I removed the old slider (2 screws)and installed the new slider. Simple to order and repair without paying a service charge. I will use PartSelect in the future and would recommend to everyone.
