The veggie drawer fell down from the slide on one side
So I looked at it, and saw the slide had actually broken. Immediately copied the Model Number and put THAT number into the Google Box. Up popped the Part Select site -- along with others. There was a perfectly understandable schematic (interactive.) I figured out what I needed, and ordered the parts. They arrived, and the fix was simple!!! No $85 service call No "We'll be there between 8 and 5" Simple.

Storage drawers slides were broken
First I removed all the broken pieces with a screwdriver. I then installed the upper drawer slides and then the lower. Put the glass in was easy. All you had to do was put it in the slots on top of the drawers. The filter of course was unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. All in all is was an easy experience. Too bad it took us over a year to order the parts.

Old one broke when I put too much weight on the bottom shelf and the top drawer as this bracket supports both. Bad design.
Unscrew the two screws with a screwdriver and replace the new slide rail with the same screws.

Slide rails for drawer broke
1st I unscrewed the side rails after I removed the drawer. I saved the screws and both rails until I received the new ones. There were 2 screws in each side. 2nd I looked online at the parts select web page. The exploded diagrams were extreemly helpful. Like most people my appliance book does not have this feature. I ordered the 2 rails for the drawer on Sunday morning and the parts were here by Wednesday afternoon..very good service in my opinion. I then proceeded to replace the two side rails with the screws that I saved from dismantling them. I then put the drawer back into the refrigerator and it worked perfectly. This repair was easy and it saved me a $60.00+ dollar service call and a longer wait period to get the repair done! I will continue to use part select.com for all my appliance repair work. Thanks
