Broken slide rail
Removed the draw and glass plates. Unscrewed the existing rail and screwed in the new rail. Unless i had held the side that was broken i couldn't tell apart the new from the old. The new did seem to be a little dirty. After i cleaned it, it was a matter of screwing on and off the exisitng rail. Very simple.

One drawer rail broke so we decided to replace both (preventive maintenance!)
The replacement was easy except for the difficulty in keeping the screws aligned in the recessed hole in the rail to the refridge rail (I didn't have a magnetized screw driver). By placing some scotch tape on the outside of the rail over each screw hole, and then "pusing" the screws through the scotch tape, the screws stayed put while I aligned the rails and screwed them into the fridge.

Vegetable drawer would fall to one side. Would not slide out
This repair turned out to be one of easiest repairs that I have performed on any anything. One phillips head screw driver, 2(two) screws later and the slide was replaced. Of course, this was after taking the drawer out of the refrigerator, which took about 30 seconds. The parts illustration to order the part was super easy to pick the correct part.
