Crisper drawer slide rail broke
I used a short Phillips screwdriver to remove 2 screws that held the broken left slide rail in place. Then I screwed the new part in place. Really, really easy!

Left drawer slide rail was cracked.
I took out the drawer and the glass shelf. All that was required after that was to unscrew the old part and replace it with the new one using the old screws. Very easy!

Slide rails for drawer broke
1st I unscrewed the side rails after I removed the drawer. I saved the screws and both rails until I received the new ones. There were 2 screws in each side. 2nd I looked online at the parts select web page. The exploded diagrams were extreemly helpful. Like most people my appliance book does not have this feature. I ordered the 2 rails for the drawer on Sunday morning and the parts were here by Wednesday afternoon..very good service in my opinion. I then proceeded to replace the two side rails with the screws that I saved from dismantling them. I then put the drawer back into the refrigerator and it worked perfectly. This repair was easy and it saved me a $60.00+ dollar service call and a longer wait period to get the repair done! I will continue to use part select.com for all my appliance repair work. Thanks

Slide rail was broken.
I would recommend removing the dor first as I had to do this after fighting with the drawer to get it out. There is a cap on the hinge that has one screw, then two nuts and the door is off. From there the drawer rails are easily replaced.

Remove and replace drawer slide and trim peice
I first removed the bottom drawer and the glass shelf. That is probably what took the longest time. From there I removed the screws in the drawer slide and trim peice and discarded the broken peices. I then just reversed the process with the new parts. DONE! Considering how I type, this description probably took longer than the job. The most helpful part of the whole episode was the detailed illustrations provided by PartSelect, The parts were easy to identify, purchase and receive. Thanks again,

Slide rail broke from teenage carelessness; their attempt to conceal damage dislodged light shield that melted from light bulb heat.
I removed the damaged parts, reseated the new light shield properly, screwed in the new slide rail, then inserted the chiller drawers to finish.

PartSelect ROCKS! Couldn't have been easier to do the repairs. Parts arrived in 2 days, everything I ordered was in the box. Minutes later my refrigerator was fixed!!!Thanks PartSelect, looks like I don't need the yellowpages anymore! P.S. I ordered a part I didn't need, called customer service and the return process couldn't be simpler. I will happily use you again and highly recommend you to my family and friends.

Both left side drawer slides were damaged or missing.
Really easy. I am the type that measures once and cuts twice! But this time even I could do it. The hardest thing for me was locating a phillips head screwdriver in the house. I ordered the correct parts, thanks to the diagram provided, and followed the easy directions. It went exactly as expected.
