Broken drawer rails
Removed the screws holding old rails on, replaced with new rails - using opposite side to gain an understanding of the small plastic pieces and how they were to be placed. there were on directions with the parts. The age of the refridgerator contributed to the need to thourally wash the area's behind the rails - what a pain to get gunk off. the area is small and is somewhat tight to get into. the Parts came remarkably quick and that was a great surprise- thanks

The left side glides broke on meat and veggie drawer
Removed 4 phillips screws from old drawer glides (keep the screws). Placed new drawer glides in place with 4 phillips screws. REALLY EASY. Also replaced the drawer cover gaskets, take off, put on by hand. Like a new fridge!

Both light switches bad and crisper rail broken
It was REALLY EASY to ID the parts with your website. I found exactly the rail I needed, and it recommended I buy the other rail as well. Since they were both 15 years old, that sounded like a good idea. The rails installed in about 10 minutes total. Two screws on each rail. The door switches were more challenging, but it was because there was a lot of sticky soda on our old door switch, making me think it somehow needed other tools to remove it. No, just patience and effort. Once I removed all sticky stuff from the old switch, it pried out with a flat head screwdriver, the wire plugs came right off, and plugged in the new one. 10 minutes to get the old part out, 1 minute to put the new part in!

The crisper bin slides had broken
Removed the bins, and the broken rails. The rails for the upper bin is made for three screws in each rail, and they were installed with only two screws, ehe front and back screws were installed and the middle screw holes had never been drilled for screws. Install the new rails with the front and back screws, then "CAREFULLY" use an electric drill to drill the middle screw holes, and install the middle screws. These screws help relieve the pressure on the front screws when the drawer is pulled out.
