Drawer slide rails were broken
For the past 6 months I've dreaded trying to find the parts and make the needed repairs to the slide rails. I just didn't have time to search for part numbers and drag all the tools out. I even contemplated buying a new frig. I thought I would have to find the original "Owners Manual". How stupid was I?
Within 15 minutes the model number was determined and the parts (VERY EASY to find the exact part) were ordered. They arrived within a week (in a GE wrapper). I unscrewed two parts per rail and within minutes the repairs were done. It took me a lot longer to clean and wipe down everything to make the refrigerator look like new again. I bragged to all my friends (like I was some type of engineer) and have referred this website to many of them. What a fantastic experience. I saved over $1,200 and the hassle of moving a frig in and out of the house. Glad you're in business and on the web.

Rails to the bottom crisper were broken
At first it appeared all was lost since the sales and sevice facility said parts for our GE refrigerator were no longer avalible. We were looking at a $1200 dollar purchase. We decided however to research the internet and see if parts could be obtained. We found Parts Select and to our suprise parts were readily available. We order the drawer side rails and received them within days. The repairs were completed in minutes and for less the twenty bucks. Steven

All the shelving rails had cracked, vegetable and meat storage bins dropped.
Removed the storage bins, unscrewed the old rails, screwed in the new rails and saved a Sears service call plus their mark up on the parts. Estimated savings was about $100.

Broken rails on meat and vegetable bins
Unscrewed old ones, screwed in new ones. Really simple and fast. Took awhile to decide which rails to buy at first, but pictures online really helped.

Our cats tail got stuck in the door and caused the door hinge to move enough to crack the nylon cam and we were wondering why the cat sat next to the refrigerator all after noon one day and let my 4 year old pet him (maul) when that never happens
Removed cats tail and proceeded to look for parts on line. received parts. stacked a set of books under raised door after unloading items from door to reduce wieght unbolted both sides of hinge. Reassembled both hinges. pulled books out and done in 15 minutes. Works better than new!! The cat no longer goes near the open doors. Fixed 2 problems!!

Drawers would not slide properly and the door cam was busted so we had a sagging door
We took the drawers out unsrewed the slide rails, screwed the new ones back on and replaced the drawers. the door cam was alittle harder because we had to lift the door to put it in but it still took under 10 min. altogether it took about 25 minutes. I am also planning on buying a few more parts from the company so I will end up paying about $50 to fix a fridge that I got for free. WHAT A GREAT DEAL!!!!!

The drawer rails had broken causing the drawers to drag
Each rail required removing two screws which were used to install the new rail. Each one took about 5 minutes however cleaning the recesses was the most effort.
