Unscrewed old ones, screwed in new ones. Really simple and fast. Took awhile to decide which rails to buy at first, but pictures online really helped.
I took the glass plate off the top of the drawer, then removed the draw. I then removed the two screws holding the slide rail. I put the new slide rail in place, put the screws back in it, slide the drawer back in place and replaced the glass top. nothing to it.
installed 3 of 4 shipped parts. ended up with 2 upper right hand slide rails, even though ones package said upper left.
First I removed glass shelf on top of rail. I then removed the two screws holding rail to refrigerator side. Next I installed new rail using same two screws. Finally I replaced glass shelf on top of rail.

First I removed the drawers. Then I removed the 2 screws from each side. Then replaced the 2 pieces in the same manner using the same screws. It took about 15-20 min. Very easy. Drawers work perfectly now. Glad I found this site.

All I had to do what unscrew the old railing and screw in the new one. The only problem I had was lining up the hole in the railing with the hole in the fridge wall, then getting the screw into the hole - a bit tricky since the hole was recessed into the railing. But it was still quite easy.
I first pulled the drawers out and unscrewed the broken slide rails from the fridge. I measured, ordered and replaced them with the new ones and slid the drawers back into the fridge. Very simple.
Removed the broken ones with screwdriver.Easiest job ever!
