Broken burner valve

The right front burner control was broken and would spin freely 360 degrees. After my ordered part arrived,I shut the gas supply off to the stove and lifted the stove top up to expose the gas feed system. I had to remove all the gas knobs then I removed the front sheetmetal cover that goes over all the burner control valve shafts. With that done I disconnected the gas feed tube from the burner end then the burner valve end and remover the tube. I remover the bad valve, which will have the electronic start switch still attached to it. Gently, but firmly, pull the switch off the burner valve. Push new burner valve into the switch and re-assemble burner valve to the main gas feed manifold. You then reassemble the parts you removed in the reverse order. Turn the main gas valve to the stove ON and check for leaks. If all is OK, lower stove top and try the new valve for proper operation.

The freezer door bottom shelf brackets broke

Opened the box delivered by FedEx and placed the door shelf retainer bar end caps in the left and right side and inserted the bar.

Whomsoever, put the retainer in when delivered did not secure it and it had always been loose. One day some frozen food got in the way of the door closing and broke my retainers. Thus, I am so happy now that they are very secure and in place as they should have been upon delivery.

Broken shelf retainer bar end cap.

I ordered 2 end caps just to keep one as spare. Turned out I had ordered a size larger than the one already on the refrigerator. So I replaced both ends and it worked fine - with increased shelf space. Now I can even fit a gallon container with ease!!! Took about 20 seconds. I just wish there was an easier way to measure parts before ordering. Otherwise, the entire process from order to finish took about 3 days.

I didn't know if I could get a replacement part, but I googled "replacement parts" (or some such), and since this website looked easy to navigate, chose it. (actually, I did my ordering via telephone). The sales rep. Helped me clarify which part I needed, I ordered it, and received the part the very

I simply snapped the two end pieces into place, attaching the guard rail. It was like putting the pieces of a very easy puzzle together‚ especially for someone like myself who is mechanically challenged.

Cap on the door retainer bar broke.

The replacement cap fit perfectly. Unfortunately when the orinigal cap broke it tookout a small piece of the surrounding plastic leaving nothing for the new cap to catch. I have the piece and tried several kinds of glue but nothing holds it securely enough. I would however readily recommend your company. The service was terrific.
Thank you.

Glass shelf and end cap broken

I am the manager/super of a rental sixplex. Tenants are tough on realty. Tenants try to force too much on the doors. Consequently they damage property. With a small screwdriver I pushed the retaining tabs, snap in the new bracket and repair was complete. I have used PartSelect many times for parts for this rental and other properties we are responsible for and have always been pleased with the whole process. From shematic, part selection, ordering, delivery and installation, I have been very happy and continue to use PartSelect as a resource to keep my world spinning on its axis.

The plastic parts that hold the brackett to the shelf were broken.

The part just snapped into the shelf bar. Extremely easy to fix. Since you show the part in a grid I was able to tell, by holding my old piece up to the screen, that the new part would be the correct size. We have rentals and are always needing parts for appliances. Impossible to find locally.
Also the part came so quickly it was almost as good as buying it here in town. Thanks. Donna Bingham
