Water dispenser kept running.

Shut water off to frig...remove cover from back...remove one screw holding solenoid valve. Remove color coded clip on wiring from valve...noting each for replacement. Remove ice machine quick connect water tube, then water dispenser quick connect water tube...the two tubes are different size...so no confusion. Then simply reverse procedure for new installlation.

Original ice bucket had a broken auger guide

the parts arrived the next day!!! Awesome.

Detached the original bucket from the dispenser face plate by removing all screws. Must remember where all the screws go. Attached new bucket to original dispenser face plate. Very easy.

Broken roller guide assembly

The roller gude assembly on my G.E. microwave broke and was not allowing the food to rotate in the microwave. I called and gave the operator the model number off the roller guide and she did an outstanding job of selecting the correct part the first time. I received it in a few days and the part fit perfect with no problems. Thanks for all of your help!

Thanks!

Had water thru door but no ice

Turn off water supply to fridge. Pop off the face plate. Remove 4 screws. Pull forward. Unplug and remove 2 screws from top cover to circuit board. Slip board out and replace. Screw on cover and screw down. Plug back in. Re-screw to door and pop cover back on and you're done ! I have ice now and my life can return to normal. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
