The icemaker door did not work and broke the ice maker

I replaced the door and soleniod and the other parts and it works great now

Ice took a long time to dispense due to piece broken off of plastic auger.

removed screws, pulled auger out keeping ice crushing blades intact, removed broken auger, installed new auger and re-assembeled. if you are mechanically inclined the process is fairly simple.
