What is the process for removing the agitator for this model?
For model number wsm2700hcwww
Hi Charles, Thank you for the question. First you need to remove the Agitator Cap at the top of the agitator, the cap will just twist off. Once the cap is removed you just pull up on the base of the agitator. It might be on there tight , you will need to give a bit of force.Good luck with the repair !

The agitator is not working what parts do i need to fix this?
For model number WSM2700DAWWW
Hello Patrick, thank you for your question. I would recommend checking the following parts to determine why it won't work. Trunnion Part #: PS270589, Agitator - White Part #: PS272883,
V-Belt Part #: PS960606, Agitator Drive Hub Part #: PS271839, or Transmission and Hub Assembly
Part #: PS1482424. I hope this helps!

How is the best way to remove and replace this agitator from my appliance? Will the dryer on top of it get in the way? Thanks.
For model number wsm2700dawww
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your question. No, your dryer should not get in the way. There is a cap at the top of your agitator that you will have to remove. Then, try to apply even pressure at the bottom and pop the agitator out of the appliance. Good luck with your repair.
