My old filter had a broken frame and ragged screen
Replacing the filter only required removing the old one and replacing it with the new part which fit perfectly. I received the part two days after placing my order.

Dryer performed erratically. Timer stopped. Heat element would not come on.
Removed two torx screws from the control panel. Removed timer with socket wrench and disconnected socketed electricals. Everything went slick.

My dryer was starting to throw a lot more heat than normal. I clean my lint filter every time I use the dryer. What I didn't realize was that over time, the lint filter had warped enough to allow lint to escape into the dryer and subsequently into the dryer vent system, clogging some areas almost
I opened the vent system (screwdrivers to loosen screws) and used the shopvac hose and my hands to clean out what I could. I also snaked the shopvac hose down into the dryer and removed clogged lint. Then I just replaced the lint filter.

Old lint filter got worn down over time and broke in half
I repaired it by logging on to parts select website and found the part, waited for about a week or so and opened up the box. I glanced at it and found out that wow it's the exact match except new. Unbelievable and in excitement I went to my laundry room and opened up the dryer and popped that baby right in! Thanks Parts Select

My ge hotpoint dryer would not completely dry clothes due to rusty and clogged flint filter.
I just pulled out the old white frame by hand and replaced it with a new one ordered online. No tools were needed. Simply easily, anyone can do with no required skills.
This saved the appliance from possible damage due to poor ventilation and also save the cost of a handyman to fix the problem.

Lint basket had hole
Pull old one out stick new one in. Less than 1 minute. Last repair was the water pump that was easy.

The lint filter was cracked/ screen came off
Very simple. Took the old 1 out and placed new filter in.

Broken rail...ripped screen in lint screen
On the broken rail, I removed the screw and replaced the rail with the new one.
Simpily, just exchanged the Lint Screen in my Dyer
I was most impressed by the amount of time it took to order the parts and to install them. Within 24-25 hours I ordered the parts and installed them .That was GREAT !!!

Dryer timer function stopped working & the dryer will not shut off also, the lint filter was torn..
I unscrewed the backside top part of the dryer with a 5/16 nut driver then, removed the damaged timer assuring I marked the wires harness correctly with the new timer. I removed the damaged timer and inserted the new timer I then replaced and screwed in the backside top of the dryer. The Lint Filter with frame removed without difficulty (without any tools) and, I installed the new Lint Filter with frame with no trouble. The Job was completed in less then 12 minutes.

The lint filter on my dryer was cracked in two different places and I needed a replacement.
I got out the original bill with the model number and went to the website and measured the length of the lint filter and ordered the replacement part. Excellent delivery service.
