The left and right side baffles should be installed/replaced at the same time. Right side baffle is sold separately.
This part works with the following brands: GE, Hotpoint & Kenmore.
This part fixes the following symptoms:
This baffle fits the lower right hand corner of some dishwashers. It is black and has a matching left hand lower corner baffle. It is recommended that you replace and install both left and right at the same time.
I had a slow drip under the dish washer that originated from the solenoid shaft. The replacement o ring fixed it up. While I had it pulled out I replaced all the door seals and top rack rollers.I ordered the parts on a Thursday evening and received them on Friday. WOW now that's fast! The parts came from Illinois and I live in Indiana so that might have helped but I was very surprised and glad for the quick service. I would defiantly order from Parts Select again. Thank you!

Leaking at bottom of door edge - ordered new gaskets all around - no sense in replacing one at a time and paying extra shipping. Removed screws on the inside of the door panel and it lifted off easily. bottom corner of gasket was black and that is where some of the leaking was from. I replaced the door seal and ran the washer and it still leaked.... Pulled the washer out from the enclosure and it was quite wet back there - so I wanted to pull the washer to dry and clean things up - turned off power and water and remove screws at top edge that secure it to countertop. Insulation wrap was wet - Removed that and put it into the sun to dry - no sign of where water was leaking - reconnected water and power and ran a cycle with the washer pulled out - slowly leaking from top of washer where hose enters the top sprayer. Was easy to get to the sprayer - two little screws hold it in - removed the hose that feeds the sprayer and it was disintegrating - crumbly- I ordered the part and put it all back together and used a washer at the sprayer/hose junction to compress the fitting in hopes it would hold until the replacement came - it did. The replacement installed in 10 mins and did not need to disconect water or power. I would suggest replacing this hose at the same time you replace door seals based on condition of my hose.
The replacement of door rubber seal was easy as well as the corner boot tub baffles. I did take the door off to make cleaning and installing seal easy. I wish your web site would recommend if replacing certain parts, additionalparts should be replaced at the same time. For my project I should havereplaced the 3 inch separate seal located inside bottom of door. You can'tsee it until removal of the door. I am thankful for the easy to followinstructions other people wrote and it made the job much less stressful..Thanks again
removed both corner baffles, also door gasket was bad, all parts were easy to order and install, the customer service was excellant with all my questions and concerns to get the right part and the parts arrived in just two days, thank you
Replaced both corner tub baffles but did not correct the problem.
I lifted out the old baffles, cleaned the soap scum from the recesses, and placed the new baffles in by hand. No tools were required, and total repair time was less than 8 minutes. the total cost was a fraction of the cost of a service call.
The baffles looked worn so I started with replacing both of those. This did reduce the leaking from the left corner but did not totally stop it. I then decided to replace the door gasket so I put in an order for one and it came the following day. This was also very easy (no tools required). I just cleaned really good and dried the area and put the new door gasket in. NO MORE LEAK! We are getting ready to sell our home and this saved us from having to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks PartSelect:)
Opened door, Removed lower tub baffles on each side of tub, cleaned area and inserted new baffles, no tools needed
Simply replaced the left and right baffle. Leaking stopped completely. Wanted to run the dishwasher 3 times before I responded and so far, so good!! Very simple to replace
Simply remove both baffles by hand, wash space under baffles with warm water and dry, then insert new ones which fit perfectly and were tight.
the parts just pull off and after cleaning the area the new corners just slide into place unfortunately it still leaks and is mostly likely the door seal. we are deciding that it may be time to replace the whole unit.
Replaced both left and right baffle and the problem seems to be corrected. Very simple without the assistant of a professional.
The solenoid and linkage was easy to disasemble, but getting the retainer (push on nut) off was difficult without removing the motor and pump. Once removed it was a snap. Getting the pump/motor back onto the pipes was near impossible from underneath. I had to remove the dishwasher from under the countertop to get it back correctly. I would reccomend doing this for this repair, as it made life a lot easier. Unwiring and removing the water supply line was not a problem either. WORKS AS GOOD AS NEW!
Removed old parts and installed the new ones.
I just installed the tub baffles in place by hand and ran the dishwasher and the leak is gone. No old baffles was in the place where they should have been. I had a servece man out and he didn't know why it leaked so I got on your web site and found out about the baffles could be the reason it was leaking. Thats when I look at the area for the baffles and found they were no baffles. Next time I see the service man I will tell him how I fixed the problem. He should pay me and not bill me ( ha ha ). Many thanks for you good service.
