Lower spray arm cracked reducing it's effectiveness

The new arm was slightly different then the old arm. The problem was how to remove the old arm. Decidef to use an adjustable wrench much like a spanner wrench. A strap rench could also be used. Once the old unit was removed, the new lower spray arm screwed right in place. The entire process from PartSelect was easy and took less that a week including a weekend. Will definately use them again.

Broken spray arm tower

Unscrewed old spray arm by hand. Screwed new one on by hand. Two minute job. New arm and tower were better than old one. Piece of cake at a very low price.

Not sprayinging top shelf

take a medium size pair of channel locks gripping near the base of the spray tower and unscrew in counterclockwise direction. hand tighten new tower and hand spin to make sure there is no binding. in shipping the second of three extsions was oval shaped instead round and i took a hair dryer and warmed the oval part and made it round. worked like a champ.

I broke off the spray arm and had to replace it

I contacted another site first to order the part. I immediately realized I had ordered the wrong part because I didn't see the schematic at first. They gave me a hard time - I insisted that I ordered the wrong part and they insisted I didn't. Luckily, I followed my instinct and cancelled the order (although they've still charged me for it because they provided me with an answer - I'll have to ask my bank to recoup that money). I then went on your site and checked for this part. Not only were you cheaper, I felt that I was actually ordering the correct part.

At any rate - I used Robo Grips to give me leverage to unscrew the damaged part and then I was able to screw the new part in by hand. This actually took about two minutes to repair.

The sprayer that pops up during the wash cycle broke

I popped the old one off and snapped the new one in. It was pretty simple and it works perfectly!
