Rollers would not stay on
first I had to put the pins in the rollers (could of put the pin in at the factory). then took the old rollers off and put the new assembled parts (roller and pin) on. they fit fine and no more falling off.
(just a question: is partsselect in canada? My credit card charged me an international fee.)

The wheels kept falling off the lower carriage in our dishwasher.
Each replacement wheel came in two parts: the wheel itself and the clip which had to be pushed through the center hole in the wheel in order to attach each wheel to the carriage that holds dishes. I had difficulty assembling the clips and wheels until I ran the clips under hot water to soften them. This made it possible to assemble the wheels and attach them to the dish carriage. I would have preferred the wheels to have come assembled, particularly given the price of each one.

Roller came off bottom rack, didn't know what it was lying on counter...and it was thrown away.
Just simply attached where the other roller had been...no installation... was so glad to be able to find and have shipped so quickly. Thanks, G. Boling

Lower dish washer shelf was unstable because of the loss of a wheel
Popped the wheel in-- just like that! everything fixed!
a P. S. --- right after I replaced the missing wheel, my wife found the original wheel which had come off and slipped under the kitchen cabinet.
That's OK. Now I have a good source of repair parts I didn't have last week!! (and a spare wheel in the process). Thanks Chas Field

Rollers were missing from front of the rack
The new rollers snapped into place on the rack, by simply pushing them in. I was able to do it by hand, my wife could not do the same, so you might use some pliers.

The rack roller were broken on the upper rack.
I disassembled the rack and figured out how to remove the rack rollers before placing my order with PartSelect. I am a visual person and usually don't need to read directions. I was having some difficulty removing the end caps of the metal sliding racks which encase the rack rollers. I used my mother's staple remover (not the traditional kind) in order to pop off the end caps without breaking them. Once the parts came in the mail it was easy to pop off the end caps, apply the new rack rollers and reattach the end caps without breaking them. I enjoy doing business with PartSelect but I have to admit these parts are extremely expensive. I think it is ludicrious to spend a lot of money on "plastic." Products are not made to last in today's society. When I was a kid appliances would last a homeowner anywhere from 15-20 years or more - not today! Thank you PartSelect for your time and assistance - I just wish these parts were cheaper.

Rack wheel was jumping off track
Snapped off the old wheel and discovered that the wire that held the wheel seemed bent, so I straightened it with a pliers and then snapped the new wheel on. It was so easy.

Dishwasher wouldnt drain
I removed the 4 screws that hold the mesh drain cover in place . I used pliers to loosen the check valve piston and nut assembly at the rear of the appliance . I screwed in the new piece by hand . While I had the dish racks out , I put a new set of wheels and rollers on them . I was 5 minutes away from buying a new dishwasher , but this website saved me HUNDREDS of dollars . My dishwasher is as good as new now .

Wheels kept coming off
This is more of a nuisance problem than repair. We have had this excellant dishwasher for years and the last two or so years the wheels kept coming off, my wife would get on me to put them back, after a while she would just lay them on the counter and i would get the message. the reason they kept coming off was because over time the retaining plastic was sprung or broken off. I tried to repair them with glue, tape, etc. nothing worked for long. I am handicapped and couldn't get to the store. I ordered the part from you and got them that same day, my wife and I were amazed. Thank You!!!!!!!!
