Wheel axles are defective - wheels fall off
The part indicated here is a new design to replace a defective part that fails to keep the wheels on the lower dish rack. So far, the new axles work fine. Removal/Replacement couldn't be easier - it is helpful to use needle-nose pliers to get the old axles out. The new ones just snap in. Wheels stay on just fine. The rack is designed to roll on 8 total wheels, 4 on each side.

Lower tray wheels keep falling off and wobbly. Was a source of daily distress and complaining
We considered buying a new lower rack for the dishwasher which we were told was a new dishwasher when we took over the house. The wheels were constantly falling off when sliding out the tray. They wobbled as well. With the weight of dishes in the rack and malfunctioning wheels, it was a disaster! We found your site on the internet and instead of a new rack we decided to order a whole new set of 8 wheels and axle roller studs. Installation was easy. It's like having a new dishwasher! Tray rolls in/out effortlessly. Great solution for the prices, fast delivery. Everybody is happy! Thanks.

Several wheels on the lower rack of the dishwasher were broken
Couldn't have been easier. First, I inserted the wheel axles into the 8 wheels I bought. Then I just pushed them into place enough so that the clips on the wheel axles locked in place. The whole thing took 5 minutes. No tools necessary. Anyone can do it.

Wheels missing or broken
...on the lower rack of the dishwasher. I simply snapped the pieces together and then snapped them into place. No tools necessary other than my own two hands (and the scissors I used to cut open the package!)

Rollers constantly fell off of lower rack
I pulled off the old rollers and studs and pushed out the old studs and replaced with the new ones. Then I popped the new studs and rollers back on. Job completed and it has been wonderful. The new studs are much more industrial like than the ones that came on it. What a relief.

Stud was broken on 4 wheels and rach would not roll
I ordered a set of 8 studs and rollers as recommended in some of the other reviews. First, I inserted the stud into the wheel PRIOR to putting the set on the rack. This was a simple repair and makes all the difference in the world for a stay at home mom who runs the dishwasher twice a day.

Existing wheels continuously falling off
Took out the main lower rack, removed all the wheels, inserted the studs into the wheels first and then snapped the wheels onto the rack. Real easy to fix, however, I don't think the original parts should have gone as fast as they did. Overall, not happy with the dishwasher itself.

Broken wheels and wheel nuts too old to stay fastened
I had no problems at all. The old wheels had already fallen off. All I had to do was put the wheel axel into the wheel and slip it over the wire support for the wheel. No fuss - no muss - no problems.
The only problem I had with this repair was trying to find the wheels and axels for the job. None of the supply houses around here had them and no one was offering where I could find them. Sooo, I went on line, found your ad, pulled it up, input my model number and lo and behold -- there they were. Thanks.

Poor shelf extraction/retraction action!
Simple enough to remove the existing dishwasher shelves . . . then tweak off the old axles and rollers and replace them with the new ones. Trying this yourself? Don't be dismayed at first if the parts you just bought aren't exactly the same configuration as the ones you pulled off! The new configuration axles secure just fine with a little thought and pressure in the right places. Last word: The parts were received in just two DAYS after the order. Now the dishwasher shelves are gliding like the day we installed it!

Lower rack wheel was melted
Unsnapped clip, and moved it 90 degrees. Slip wheel and clip off. Installed clip on new wheel. replaced new wheel. The wheel did not come with a new clip and was not suggested on the parts list. The existing clip was still OK but if it was not, I would have had to order a clip and wait. All in all, a good experience.

Worn/broken plastic parts were causing misery
Order arrived two days after being placed. Super easy to remove the old, worn, broken plastic parts and replace with new. Everything popped right on just as shown in the diagram. Our happiness with our dishwasher has increased 100%. BTW, thanks to the very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff at PartSelect.com -- next job, replace the ice maker in the freezer!
