The lower rack wheels had fallen off and melted
The best money I've spent on a repair. Easy. The lower rack now rolls in and out smoothly.

Some wheels had broken, was really hard to move rack in and out.
I am NOT handy, but my husband was gone when the wheels and stud/axles came. I was able to replace all of them in about ten minutes with no tools. Easy and no more frustrations!!!!!

Internal plastic mechanical parts broke
Dishwasher rollers and other mechanical parts of plastic and rubber dry out and fail. A service call to an apppiiance repair person would have cost more than all the parts to repair the problem. Ordered them online on Sunday night, received them the following Wednesday, probably as fast as I could have had an appointment for a repairman. Changed out the parts in ten minutes and pocketed the change. $30 out of pocket instead of about $100, thanks to partselect.com.

Lower rack wheels fell off
Remove the old assembly (roller and stud) if they are still present Push the new roller onto the new stud then push completed part onto lower rack until it snaps
These are much better quality than the originals

Missing parts
I just purchased a house just before it went on foreclosure and several parts to th dishwasher was missing. I went on th internet and came upon your web site. Having no manual I thought that this was going to be abut as much fun as stepping on landmines. I was surprised that I entered the model number and was able o get all the parts hat I needed. The replacement was easy but a word to the wise sometimes on wheels they sell them with the locks that hold them to the basket and they will have the same part number. Other then that a fun experience.

The wheel "keeper" no longer held wheel in place.
Took the old wheel off and replaced it with the new wheel. No tools necessary. Very simple to repair or make the change needed.

Wheels on dish rack were falling off due to hard water and water temperature..
Snapped off the old wheels and clips and installed the new wheels. Make sure the wheels are installed on the holder prior to snapping the clip onto the dish rack. Very easy job.

One of the wheels fell off of my rack and I threw it away not realizing what it was.
I ordered a new wheel - from another company - and it was fine - but it didn't come with the axle. So I ordered both from you and it worked just fine. Thanks so much.
