Oven won't work, and it won't go into clean mode
For model number CRE 3860 LWB

Hi Richard, Thank you for your question. If the oven will not work, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the bake and broil elements, the terminal block, the sensor, and the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My oven made a pop sound and sparks no longer works but stove top works fine clock still works. Checked elements they look fine was told might need to replace control board. Is there a way to check and see if control board is bad.
For model number FEF364DWA
PartSelect logo
Hello Nellie, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing both elements and the Oven Temperature Sensor with a multi meter. If both test good then the board will need to be replaced.

The broil element comes on instead of the bake element when bake is selected. You suggested to replace the control board. Could it be the oven relay board?
For model number EW30ES6CGS6

Hi Frank. I do not see any way it could be the relay board. It is likely the control board. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.

My oven will be working then will go off for a while, then i have to reset it. Could it be the clock control causing this?
For model number FEF362MXESC
PartSelect logo
Hi Roy, Thank you for your question. I could suggest maybe taking a look at your oven temperature sensor and both elements first. You can do a test with them with a multi meter for those three parts. If they are all working fine then it may be your control board that is causing the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Travis, thank you for writing. This may be due to either a faulty Surface Burner Terminal Block & Receptacle, or Electronic Control Board, but we will need the model number for your stove to locate the correct replacements for it. We look forward to hearing back from you!
