How to remove the light switch assembly from the old panel to install the light assembly in the new panel
For model number FGF368GSD
Hi Cindy, Thank you for the question. There are screws on the back side of the panel and underneath the front of the panel at the corners. Once the screws are removed, you can remove the two left and right side end caps holding the front panel in place. Once the end caps are removed you can tilt the panel forward. From there you can use a pair of needle nose pliers to slip off the wires from the old switch. Once the wires are removed you can depress the tabs on the side of the switch to remove it from the panel. Then reverse the steps to install the new switch.Remember to always unplug the appliance from the power source before any repair.Hope this helps!
