Spray arm kept falling off

Unscrewed the collar that used to hold the spray arm in place and then screwed on the new one. Very simple. I'm glad that I was able to get the parts without incurring a service visit and significant markup.

Missing the upper spray arm

First I had to turn off the electricity, and then turn off the water supply. Then I was able to put in the new upper spray arm. It was very simple and easy to put it in with just a screw driver.
