Upper spray arm kept blowing off
Easiest repair ever. The spray arm itself usually really is not the problem, it usually is the clip or gasket that holds the spray arm on. It wears out. This part is perfect for it supplies a new spray arm, nut and gasket/clip. I think it wears out due to a build up on the arm that puts too much pressure on the clip/gasket. Remember when taking the nut off, if you are standing above the unit with your arm inside, you turn the nut clockwise while looking down. Good luck.

Upper spray arm kept falling off
This part fixed problem. The original part seemed to have a defect. Was simple to fix, simply took off old piece still connected and hand tighten the new piece on, it took about 30 seconds.

Upper spray arm kept falling off.
The new arm came preassembled. I unscrewed the old arm base with my hand and screwed the new arm in place. The whole process took less than a minute. The new part was not made the same way. It was better than the original. Must have been a problem from the manufacturer. WORKS GREAT!!!

Spray arm broke off
Very simple repair - in my case part of the upper spray arm broke off, leaving the threaded portion still in the dishwasher. Just unscrewed the remaining broken part, and screwed back in the new part.

The part would constantly fall after every dishwasher run
Removed the old spray arm by unscrewing it from the top inside of the dishwasher. Then screwed on the new spray arm. Could not have been any easier and it has not fallen off since.

Upper spray arm retainer broke
I found the upper spray arm in the top basket one day, and saw that the inner retainer had broken. I looked up the part on your website - really user friendly btw - and placed the order around 11:30 AM. At 9:30AM the next morning, FEDEX was knocking on my door. At 9:35AM the part was installed - no tools needed - and we were ready to wash dishes again. It doesn't get any better than that !!!!!

The spray arm kept popping off.
I ordered the part. It came within days, I screwed the old fault arm off by hand and put the new one on. It took five minutes or less. It was very easy, and comments of others who had ordered the part made the problem makes sense.

Top spray arm kept falling off
We noticed after only a year that the top spray arm would keep falling off during a cleaning cycle. We'd find it in the top rack of the dishwasher. When we needed to have the motor replaced after only 14 months, the repairman told us this arm falling off is a big problem. He repaired it the best way he could. Recently when it came off there was no way to fix it ourselves and we had to order another part. It's very easy to install as it just screws on the way a hose screws on to a spigot.
