Cleaned up the broken glass. Ordered the replacement part. Removed the door from the oven. Carried it to a safe place to work on. Disassembled by removing the screws, removed the bad part. Installed the new glass pack and in reverse order of taking apart reassembaled the door. Reinstalled the door on the oven. Now the oven is working agai

Im wondering what glass to replace on the door. The glass right behind the stainless steel panel. The bits and pieces had some black on them. Not the inner glass or the glass pack. Thanks for any info...

I'm looking for the window in the door and I see two different prices. What's the difference between window frame and window pack assembly?

Hello Jerry, thank you for your question. The Window Pack Assembly Number PS9493039 is the Inner Glass in the door. They are the same part but on one page it is called Frame and the other called pack. We apologize for the confusion. We hope this helps.

Does this include the inner and outer glass? Our oven is in the garage and our car bonked the oven and the outer glass shattered.
