Dishwasher does not always drain and complete cycle!
For model number MDB5600AWQ
Hi Jimmy, Thank you for the question. If the appliance will not complete the drain cycle and not allow the appliance to drain, you may have a defective pump, PartSelect Number: PS11743057. Hope this helps!

My lower wash arm will not go around??
For model number MDB8951AWQ
Hello Gail, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking to see if there is a build up under the arm keeping it from spinning. You can also check the small holes in the arm to see if they are blocked. If there is a blockage the water can not build up enough pressure to spin the Spray Arm.
