Brocken burner knob
This was a simple replacement of a burner knob. The website had exactly what I needed, including a photograph so I was sure it was the exact match. Delivered quickly and was perfect.

Broken knobs...
I love my father in law, but he needs to learn to push the knobs of our electric stovetop down before he turns them. We were down to our last knob, which we moved from burner to burner, after he broke a total of 5. I had spent almost $18 a knob from my local dealer, and found your place for $5 less! $5 isn't much, until you multiply it by 3 (and I doubled up because he is coming for Thanksgiving, so 6!). Thanks!

A plastic handle cracked and was loose.
I lifted off the broken handle and replaced it with a new handle. It worked.

Broken knobs
We have had this appliance for 18 months. Within one month the first knob broke. A month later, the second knob broke. We have gently been using the remaining 2 knobs for 4 burner positions until recently when the other 2 broke. I am hoping these new knobs are made better then those that came with the appliance.

Got on line and ordered part and lined up flat side of inside of knob and slid it on... That simple... The person who put them on after cleaning stove never knew there was a flat side inside knob.. We never stop learning, do we???

Previous owner broke knobs by not pushing down to turn on, then leaving the d rings on when they switched them. Only 1 burner was operating
I carefully pulled the 3 D rings that were left on the posts of the burner controllers with a pair of needle nosed pliers, made sure there was nothing on the controller posts, then put the new knobs on. Make sure there are no D rings on the oven knob posts, 2 of the knobs were fine, they just didn't have D rings in them. Partselect was great. Items were received within 2 days. I would definately recommend them.
