Ignitors with very weak sparks (2 burners)
Should have read the partselect instructions first 1.) unplugged range 2.) unscrewed (torque screws - good thing I had some) burners - one screw was corroded into the top and snapped - will require a drill to remove and replace metal screw. 3) slid electrical wire from contact 4.) unscrewed (with phillips) Burner Electrode assembly (also corroded - took some force) replaced electrode assy and reversed steps. Works perfect.

Electrode clicked but failed to light burner
I first tried to remove the torx screws only to have them break off..soooo as with most home repairs it grew into a bigger task. 1) unhooked the gas line and unplugged the unit 2) place the unit upside down on workbench 3) used a socket set to remove the hex screws that held the top on 4)removed all the other burners and disconnected electrical wire connected to the igniters. 5) Removed the top 6) uses pliers to remove the screw parts left in the burner base (wd-40 and lock wrench)..Replaced the old gaskets 7) put the top back on and screwed the top back on (make sure you pull the igniter wires through the top before securing it) 8) Reseat and screw in the burners using a torx bit

My knob broke
There is really nothing to replace a stove knob. What I was impressed with was the speed in which the knobs came to my house, the very next day from the day I ordered them. Thanks a ton!

Original knobs were broken. They are only plastic afterall and no did not hold on the stem to turn on and off without duct tape.
Simple. I went online, found the replacement part, ordered 5 new knobs. They came within 4 days and I put them on. Easy as can be. I saved this site so I can go back to it if I ever need to. Wonderful! Thank you..

Melted knobs, replaced
Ordered from Sears.com....under impression that we would get 4 knobs for about 20.00, to our surprise we got only one knob for 20 dollars plus shipping. Your website was wonderful... have three knobs for the same price as one from Sears. Thank you.

Knobs on the new jennair range I just purchased started to melt and when they were called they did nothing about it. I had to call and get new knobs at my cost.
Very easy, just removed the old ones and the new ones just clicked on.
