Can this hinge be adjusted to bring the bottom of the door out?

I'm planing to order this hinge because the exist hinges are loose . Is there a way to tighten up the tension ? If not , do i need to order a new housing. To replace the hinges is it nesessary to pull the oven out of it's enclosure. Thx
