Water collecting under crisper drawers what is causing this

Hello Arlene, Thank you for the question. Usually this is a simple defrost drain tube issue,PartSelect Number PS2344342. I recommend removing and cleaning the tube out or having ti replaced. Hope this helps!
I just change water filter but no water is filled in for ice maker. So , how to let the water in?

Hello Thang, thank you for writing. If no water is getting to the Ice Maker, it is probably an issue with the Water Valve, part number PS2338130 for your model. Check to see if the Water Line from the Water Valve to the Ice Maker is kinked or damaged as well. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair!
