The upper rack would fall off when pulled out

I installed new rollers and rack clips. The old ones had cracked and would not keep the rack in the tracks. I went to buy a new dishwasher which would have cost around $500. I bought $60 worth of parts although I probably could have just bought the clips for $15 and now the dishwasher is good to go! A real money saver.

Broken rollers on the top rack

Removed the end caps on the rails (push in the retaining clip and pull towards the front), removed the rack from the dishwasher, unclipped the old rollers, assembled the new wheels and retaining clips, installed the new roller assemblies and finally installed new retaining clips for the rails. (bought new clips just in case the old ones did not remove cleanly) Entire repair was too easy. I imagine a serviceman would have charged $75 for that.

Bent upper rack slide from tripping accident

My wife grabbed the upper rack as she fell backwards across the front of the open dishwasher. It broke her fall - she is fine thank goodness - but the roller slides broke and the rail was destroyed. The dishwasher repair was easy - just had to put new parts in place. The detail parts explosion helps in determining how all physically goes together. Everything works as good as new. I used the pliers to remove one of the old wheel axles that was attached to the basket.

Wheels on dish rack were falling off due to hard water and water temperature..

Snapped off the old wheels and clips and installed the new wheels. Make sure the wheels are installed on the holder prior to snapping the clip onto the dish rack. Very easy job.

Rack end cap was lost or missing

All I had to do was slide the rack forward slightly, reach back to the end of the rack and snap the end cap into place. It helped to have someone there to balance the rack while I was replacing the cap.

Spindles on upper dishrack were breaking off

I had to remove the end cap from each side which was a bit tricky but after reading other comments from your website I knew what to do and took my time so that I wouldn't break them. The new upper rack doesn't have the spindles and is a newer design which I really like. It makes the dishwasher seem like new!

Top rack rollers broke off

Used screwdriver to pry off old end caps, then slid the rop rack out and replaced the broken rollers with the new rollers. Put the top rack back into dishwasher on its rails and put new end caps on ends of the rails. Job finished! Total time 10 minutes. Easiest repair I've ever had to do!
