The upper rack was falling and the roller was missing on the lower rack

I installed the roller wheels on the lower rack and the wheels and end cap on the upper rack and the shelves looked like new after I was finished.

Dishwasher upper rack came off breaking dishes

I had put up with this for over year- I disconnected what was left of the damaged front rollers. Snapped into place the two new rollers at the front, and the missing end cap. NO MORE BROKEN DISHES!!

Somehow the upper rack end cap went missing. I needed to replace the cap so the rack would not pull all the way out and fall down.

I used needle nose pliers. I bent the stainless steel guide arm out so that I could insert the end cap. Once the end cap was installed I used the same needle nose pliers to "pinch" the guide arm back tight around the end cap. The end cap had premanufactured "notches" to hold the end cap in place once the guide arms are pinched down.

Left end cap had broken off on dishasher top rack

It was so easy-just popped the end peice in and it fit perfectly. I also ordered 2 knobs for my dryer which was only one year old, they were also so easy to put on.. I received my parts 2 days after I ordered and because of some problems with my computer had to talk to the operators and was very pleased and happy with their help and with the parts that I ordered. I wil always order my parts from Parts Select.
