Uneven heating of surface burners. Occasional electrical sound (arching) when burner was turned on. Also the burner would heat up and cool down while burner when turned on.
Replaced all heating surface burners. We noticed signs of arching on the front left (large) burner so we replaced that receptacle with a replacement receptacle kit. Very quick and easy install (5-10 mins) using the short part select video on receptacle kit information page.

the drip bowls had rusted through
a really simple fix! the parts came really quickly and all i had to do was pull the heating elements out along with the old drip pans and line up the new pans and push back in. the drip pans weren't 100% perfect as they were a universal fit, and were missing the clips that help the heating elements i nplace, but they look fine and do the job all the same.

My drip bowls were scorched and discolored and difficult to clean
I removed each surface coil burner from its receptacle; removed the old drip bowls and replaced with the new ones; my stove looks good as new.

bake element burned up
The bake element provided was perfect. To install it required removal of the stove. Due to the blower underneath, the stove was difficult to slide out and back in. The drip bowls need replacing periodically, and these last longer than hardware store ones.

It was a rather simple fix--just replacing burner pans
Problem I had was finding the right ones to fit the stove top. Burner pans that tell you will fit most stoves, do not. After I had paid over $20.00 for some that did not fit, I got on the internet, found you, ordered the replacement parts and had them within a few days. Put them in and there you go. A perfectly happy me and a nice looking stove again.

This is a very old model Roper, electric range for which i need (2) 7 3/4" and (2) 9 3/4" burner drip pans. I'd prefer black. Do you have them? If i order some that do not fit , can i return them for a refund?
For model number 2234 LOA
PartSelect logo
Hello Jean and thanks for writing. We could try to find them in black for you however without a model number we can not search and all the newer models do have the silver bowls now. You can see find our return policy on our website, but in short, you have 30 days to return the item as long as it is in new condition in original packaging. It is possible that part #PS2366563 might work with your unit, however, as we do not have your model number in our database we can not guarantee the fit. You also would be responsible for the return shipping cost in that case. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

My new Whirlpool cook top came with drip pans that do not have a center hole. This is great because it keeps spills from getting under the top. Do you have replacement drip pans without holes in the middle? Thank you!

My front and back burners on my stovetop sit up high, food burns in the middle of the pans. Are there burners which i can order where the burner sits down lower in the stove top?
For model number WFC150M0EW2
PartSelect logo
Hello Carol, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, the compatible elements are PS12731181 (Right Front and Left Rear) and PS12731180 (Left Front and Right Rear) and the drip bowls are PS2366563 and PS2366565. If they are not sitting lower in the cooktop, then there may be something obstructing them underneath. This cooktop should be able to lift up so you can check the burner box for anything that could be forcing the drip pans up. We hope this helps you.
