The end cap was broke- grandson loves to climb in the fridge
My husband and I did the repair together. We had to take out all the stuff out of the fridge on the bottom shelves. WE unscrewed the broken end cap. Cleaned out the fridge and put in the new end cap. We put everything back in the fridge. We windexed the interior. It took about 35 mins. Cleaning took up most of the repair time. Christina and Roger Newell

Plastic hinges broke on chef pantry door
I pulled out the pantry drawer, the two crisper drawers above, and the glass shelf and supports. I used a 1/2" nutdriver to take out 3 nuts and then reused them to put in the new pieces. Save your existing hardware since new nuts were not supplied. This was so easy! The right one was a little more challenging because of the temperature control. Take a minute to see how it works when you take it off the old one. That will help you recreate it on the new one. I am a fairly handy woman. I did ask one of my guy friends to help me find the right tool to use. This was really easy. I think the original design is cheap and poorly done, especially considering how much we paid for this fridge.

Broken endcap
First I removed the deli door and drawer. I then removed the crisper bins and the glass from the top of the deli drawer.
Next I unscrewed the sliding track (2 screws), then removed the end cap. There is a temperature control arm that is also attached to the endcap and back of the fridge, which I had to remove from the endcap. I clipped the temperature control arm in place on the new endcap, screwed the endcap back in and replaced the sliding track.
In goes the deli drawer, door, glass, criper drawers and Voila! Done.
Very easy and took me about 10 min max. My husband is still surprised I'm so handy :)

Deli drawer plastic tab broke
The repair was really easy. I popped out the deli drawer removed a couple of screws, removed the drawer runner, popped on the new part, tightened the screws and returned the deli drawer. In less than a half hour the task was complete, the wife was happy, and the deli window/lid works like new.
I was originally shipped the wrong part (right side instead of left). Customer service was more than helpful and the correct part was received within days at no cost to me.

Pin broken from left side end cap which secured the pantry cover..
First I removed the crispers, the shelf, then the pantry drawer. No tools were required.
I used a 3/8" nut driver to remove the end cap and the slide rail. I reversed the process and reassembled the drawers and the cover popped in with no difficulty.

My son dropped a mayonnaise jar and broke the lid and bracket.
Using a socket set, I disassembled the old bracket (after removing the shelves and other framework). There were only five screws to remove, and the new brace fit perfectly into place. I had the new bracket on in minutes, with shelves replaced and the new lid snapped into its location. It looked brand new! The appliance repair shop was going to charge me $60 an hour to do the job, not including their mark-up for parts.

Left pantry lid hinge broken
How easy was that?! First out was the pantry drawer, crisper drawers then glass shelf. Hex head driver (the size for curtin brackets) to remove the 3 screws in panel. While I wiped out the inside my husband traded the slide bracket (phillips head screwdriver) to new end cap and right back in it went. Took longer to type the instructions that get the job done. Our order was received in 2 days. PartsSelect was fabulous.

Plastic hinge broke off end cap
Like the other stories I read, It took longer to put the food out and back in the frig! The actual replacement was easy, take food out, take upper shelfs out, take lower drawers out, remove 5 screws from the old end cap and replace with new end cap. The End Cap came in the mail VERY well protected and just in a few days! Awesome... Thanks!

The hinge that holds the cheese keeper lid broke off
First let me tell you that I have never ordered a part on a Friday and received it the next day, Saturday at 9:30am...I was shocked and so was my wife. You have a customer for life...Removed the two crisper baskets and the glass shelf. Then I just removed the 3 screws that held the part on, placed the new part in postion and screwed it back on...The part came perfect and the fix was so easy...Thank you again for the prompt service...You are the BEST!!!!Lenny and Ronnie Lichtenstein
