Broken plastic hinge
I opened up a drawer for fruit when the long cold cut tray was open. It snapped the plastic hinge. Glue was out of the question. Went on line , found parts select, ordered the part (Was only 10 dollars!)
Two days later, the part arrived and I fixed the item easily. It was only two small nuts and two screws for the metal slider ....simple!
This is a brand new Refrigerator, so you can imagine my relief.
Thanks, parts select!

Broken pin made the door unusable
Easy to find the part, just remember your left and right sides. Ordered the parts on a Thursday and had the parts Saturday by noon. 5 minutes to disassemble and 10 to put back in. Very easy.

Knob broke off of end cap that holds salad drawer lid.
Easily removed part. It took a bit more ingenuity to figure how to take off and reattach temp bar for salad drawer; but it is easily doable. I loved the company as they had the part to me in less than 2 days at a reasonable cost to repair the item.

Side bracket for drawer lid broke off
Was really, really easy - wish I had done it months ago!! Removed the crisper drawers and then the glass shelf above the tray drawer. Took out drawer and then had to remove 3 screws to loosen the cap from the wall. Had a few small plastic pieces to take off (thermostat stuff), but all in all took about 10 minutes. Only reason I put down longer is that I cleaned up the whole inside of the fridge while I was there!

Post that holds the door broke
had to remove all drawers, once removed used nut driver to remove three screws. then removed the rail that holds the drawer. used nut driver again to remove rail from the original to mount the rail to the new bracket. Slide in holding brackets in front and back had to be removed, Then we had to do some wiping down and cleaning from spills that we had not seen. Installed the re-assembled bracket. installed the braces in front and back, installed the glass plate then re-installed the drawers. - took longer than I expected but worked fine.- weak point on the bracket is the pin that allows the door to pivot up/down.

The hinge shaft for the meat tray door broke off.
This was very straight forward. Remove a few screws and transfer the attachments to the new part and back together. Part of the time was spent cleaning!

Knob that holds pantry lid broke.
First had to remove pantry drawer, glass shelf and two drawers above shelf. Removed two nut head screws to remove right side end cap, on right side is a temperature adjustment device, that wrapped around back of refriderator. Had to rotate end cap and adjustment device like opening a door, this released the devise that holds temp adjustment devise to back of refriderator, figured out removal and replacment from end cap, also had to remove and replace drawerslide guide that attached to pantry end cap. ALSO had to clean everything, per wifes instructions. Put everything back in and repair done. Thought I would have to have a repairman out. Very gald to find this part online, Will use this site again.

Was cleaning fridge and when disassembling broke off piece of endcap
I removed all shelving. Used a cordless screwdriver with nut piece on end and took out nuts. Then had to CAREFULLY remove the mechanism that lets in cold air by gradation from the old end cap. Then put these parts on the new end cap. This took some thinking. Finally reset endcap and put unit back together again. Sucess and I am 61 and female.
