Hinge pin for bottom drawer door broke.
I removed the drawers (3 in all) plus the glass shelve. Next I removed two screws from side fixture and bracket that is attached to the back and installed into the new end cap assembly. Finally re-installed fixture with the 2 screws, inserted the glass shelve and 3 drawers. Also, great time to wipe inside of frig. with a wash cloth. This is the second time we've had to replace due to our dropping heavy items on the hinged area causing the hinge pin to break. Need to be more careful. It takes a 1/4 inch nut driver to remove the two screws.

End cap broke off of the door hinge of the pantry tray
removed screws from the side and back of part and installed new part. This is a very poor design for Amana. This is the second time this part has broken in 5 years--first the left and then the right.

Pantry lid end cap "hinge tab" broken off
After removing the crisper and meat drawers, then the glass shelf, removal of the broken end cap was fairly simple and straight forward. I removed 2 hex headed screws with a nut driver. Next I removed the temp control linkage from the old end cap, reinstalled it onto the new end cap and remounted to the refrigerator and that was that. The most impressive part was how rediculously fast the shipping was for the part itself!! I ordered on a Thursday evening and it was on my porch Saturday morning!

A door pin had broken off of the rh enc cap.
I removed 2 trays and a glass plate. Then removed the broken cap. I removed the tray slide hardware from the broken enc cap and installed it on the new end cap. Then installed the end cap in the refrigerator and replaced the glass plate and 2 trays.
Everything fit properly and the job took about 20 minutes.

It was no surprise that this was an easy repair, but I must say that I was completely impressed that the part was on my door step in 24 hours with STANDARD shipping.

Tab broke off of the pantry lid
I first removed both crisper drawers. You then remove the glass top. With that out of the way you remove the two 1/4 inch screws out of the drawer track, then remove the three screws., be careful whenyou remove the part not to damage the lever contoling the tempeture. You then reverse the procedure. Not hard at all. Thae parts were fantastic. I would recommend the to everyone. Thank you very much. Charlie.

Pantry door hinge pin broke on end cap due to 3yr. Old forcefullness
After removing glass shelf and upper compartments to allow more head room I was able to unbolt the end-cap and remove slide action pieces. Then I attached slide action device to new end-cap; then bolted back in place. Caution; be gentle when removing and reattaching the slide device since these parts are made of plastic and could break. Oh; I did remove the metal drawer slide from the end-cap piece and attached to the new replacement part. My wife was happy since I cleaned all of the interior while inside also.

End cap pivot tab broke off that holds deli drawer door
removed produce drawers and upper shelf.removed 4 screws from end cap and drawer track.replaced end cap and also reinstalled adjustment slider tab for temperature adjustment. i am a retired gas company appliance and heating repairman, but i think most home owners that are a little bit handy could do it. The only problem was that my wife said that while I had it all apart I might as well clean the whole refrigerator!

Endcap. The arm holding cover for bottom tray broke.
Removed bottom tray and middle 2 trays. Removed glass cover on bottom tray. Removed 2 screws swung the endcap inward. removed from refrigerator. Unsnapped rear arm and sliding hardware, transfered to new endcap. reinstalled with 2 screws. The 3rd screw was never installed. However the sliding tray is working fine. Simple repair

Broken shelf and broken end cap post for crisper lid
Shelf is self explanatory. The end cap was removed with three screws. The most difficult part was the removal of the temp controls, not really that hard, and putting them back in the new endcap. The drawer slide had to be transferred as well and then the three screws went back in and I'm back in business.

Plastic tip that the door hinged on broke off.
It took longer to remove the crispers than it took to replace the part. The parts drawing was easy and your service was really quick. Thank you Jack

Flimsy right pin on deli drawer snapped (terrible design!)
Removed Crisper Drawers and Glass Panel & Rail above Deli Drawer. Removed two screws and carefully removed the 3 pieces that comprise the temperature control knob and arms from their channels. Replaced Right Endcap and reassembled. Hardest part was not breaking the thin control arms as I slid them back into place. Just a shade under 20 minutes to swap out. PartSelect.com delivered the part very fast! I have them bookmarked.

Broken plastic door hinge
Super fast delivery, 4 screws and the old part was out. Cleaned hidden spots in the frig took the longest. 4 screws and it was back in. Took a couple minutes to figure out how to set the plastic conections in the back.
