One of the wheels was missing from the lower rack and a rack stopper was also missing from the the top rack.
A really easy and simple repair that required no tools. The parts were delivered within a matter of days. Completely satisfied with transaction and results.

Latch and rack stop broken
I removed the 11 torx screws which hold the cover in place. Then I had to remove the electrical connectors from the old switch (a flat head screwdriver or something else to break the connection helps). The new one plugged right in, and was back into place in minutes. The rack stop was just a remove and replace. Extremely easy!!

Latch handle was broken not allowing the diswasher to lock and wash dishes.
On a Saturday my wife set the dishwasher to wash. The door handle had not properly shut and we discovered the dishes had not been washed. After the threat of handwashing and realizing that the latch assembly wouldn't engage, I decided to take apart the inside front cover and look over the problem. Screws easily came out and inside cover lifted up but not off since it was connected to the handle assembly. Realized the plastic outside handle was broken and wouldn't allow the locking mechanism to engage. Went on PartsSelect.com, found the model and ordered the new handle. I paid the lower shipping costs but the new part arrived very quickly - one day. Relatively easy to assemble. Turn off power, take out inside door screws, disconnect handle assembly. This was the hardest part, required pliers to pull the wires off (note: mark connection sides for reassembly). Installed new handle, wire connections easily seated, put back three screws, turned on power and verified dishwasher would run, installed remaining screws and set dishwasher on. Took about 15 minutes and the part was a perfect fit.

Not properly cleaning the dishes.
I removed the upper and lower trays. In the process I broke one of the rail stops. They snap in & out but if your not familiar with how they work it's easy to break one. After removing the trays the docking stations snap out with little effort. The flappers push into the openings on the docking station and then just snap the docking station into place. The door handle broke (cheap plastic) so I replaced the whole assembly. You'll need a #20 torx driver to remove the screws around the inside door panel. Lift the panel up just enough to remove the switch and handle assembly. With a small flat blade screwdriver pry off the electrical connectors. Open the circuit breaker to the dishwasher if you're not comfortable with working on live circuits. Remove and replace the switch assembly, replace the connectors, and replace the screws to the door panel. It's so easy

Tub wheel broke
installed rack stoppers. Didn't use tub wheels but fixed old (as best I could) didn't want to spent the money for rack adjuster at this time(wheels are part of rack adjuster assembly)
