I broke off the piece that holds the door on the pull out "cheese drawer" by accident

I broke the tab with the pin which held the pop-up cover onto the bottom drawer

I removed the drawer, the two drawers above it and the glass plate. I removed the left end cap, unscrewed the metal runner from it and put it onto the new end cap. I installed the new end cap into the refrigerator and replaced the various drawers and covers. The pop-up was a little tight, so I removed the drawers again and loosened the screws to center the drawer, replaced everything and voila! a perfectly working pop-up without having to wait for a repairman or pay the very high repair fees. The part was shipped and arrived within two days - Great service. Thanks

Bottom drawer pin was broken

Replaced the left side endcap for the drawer. Three screws and it popped out. Easy process once I actually looked at it. Drawer cover now works as designed. Replaced inline water filter. Not problem there.

Cover to pullout drawer hinge broken

Required removal of the entire endcap piece. A total of 5 screws. Hardest part was realizing i didn't have the right size socket wrench to start. Got that and replaced all 5 screws in under 5 minutes. $18 for part, $10 for tool.

I broke off the small piece holding the lid on.

No need to call a service/parts repairman. My husband quickly installed the new left end cap. He just removed the crisper drawers and bottom drawer parts. Unscrewed old part; screwed in the new part. Easy.

Pantry drawer pin had broken on left side endcap.

Removed pantry drawer, crisper drawers and lower glass shelf beneath crisper drawers. Removed pantry drawer guide first with flathead screwdriver, and then end-cap with appropriate socket. Replaced with new end-cap and reversed the process. Replacement end-cap appeared to have been improved over original so problem is less likely to repeat itself. I really have been pleased with this feature of my KitchenAid refrigerator as it can hold a large party tray of snacks for entertaining

The old support hinge holding a drawer door broke

I had to half emprty the refrigerator, take away a shelf, and the drawer in order to hace access to the bolts. I simply unscrewed the bolts, took the old endcap away and replaced it with the piece I ordered. It was very simple to do.

Pin to open and close door broke

I removed the upper two storage drawers and glass shelf then the 3 hex bolts on the endcap and then 2 phillips screws on the drawer retractor. Then I reversed the process for reassembly.
