Mounting brackets are fragile and plastic support is easily broken
Replaced the intake grille. The grille should be removed prior to cleaning. The entire part is plastic and easily broken so that the two tabs for the mounting screws are shattered and will not hold the part in place. If one attempts to clean the grille using only a moderate amount of pressure with a cloth the fragile plastic will break. The part is poorly designed. When the vent is removed to replace the charcoal filter, one may discover that the grille has already been broken in a previous cleaning operation.

Vent grille mounting brackets were broken.
Installed new vent grillein ten minutes. New part was correct replacement part and fit perfectly.

The tab that held one of the screws was broken.
I put the 2 screws back in shut the door. Finished. I would like to say that the part needed to be packaged better. When it arrived the box was damaged with just a piece of clear tape covering the hole. The plastic part was bent, The damaged part was not visible once it was installed but that was just luck. Please package the parts a little better.

The delivery time from part select
I had to install my microwave, I order some parts like mounting plate and a ventilation grill .. took forever to get the parts from Part Select since I place the order to the day I received the parts took almost a month... I called several times and the rep. reponse was call again tomorrow.. GREAT!!! other than than the repair took me only 5 mins...
