The only difficult aspect of the job was getting the old shelf support stud removed from the refrigerator wall - the support was broken off too short to allow vise grips to hold it. I had to use two screwdrivers to get under and then pop out the stud to the point I could get the pliers to hold. Everything eles pretty much just "fell together" very easily.
it was a no brainer install
The shelving brackets are install much like a blind rivet. I simply used a punch and gently pushed in the plastic center pin / mandrel. I then used a butter knife as a wedge to pull out the shelving supports enough to grab them with a pair of pliers. Simple to do!
Parts Supply had a YouTube video to show it was done. This is one of the best sites to get parts there is. Easy to use, tells you how to install them easily. Thanks Parts Supply, I'll be back whenever I need a appliance part.

Support studs have an expansion fitting - center post has to be pushed through to allow expansion joint to collapse for removal. After installation, this post can be pushed in or pulled out to secure the stud and be the proper length to hold the bins. None of this was obvious - an online tip from another member was invaluable.
I broke off remainder of clip, and used phillipscrewdriver and pushed pin into wall. I lined up new support and pushed in peg to secure
snap out the damage one replace whith the new one
First removed 3 bottom screws on ice dispencer, unpluged the wires then pulled unit out of door. Then removed 2 flat pivot brackets, changed the actuators, then reversed the assembly. On the support studs, were pryed out of side walls and the new one's inserted, used a very small hammer to drive the pin's on the studs.
I used pliers to get the remaining shelf support studs out, then the new ones just snapped right in place. Very easy repair!
Looked at video on how to remove and reinstall support and followed the instruct ions
most importantly on the page with the necessary part..cripser support for the refrigerator--- there was a brief insructional video on how to properly dislodge the broken part and replace it with the new showing the simple tools needed. I am not handy at all but it took me all of two minutes thanks to the helpful video.
The tabs were broken by kids it took 10 minutes to repair on all 4 tabs you have to remove the push pins completed to get the new tabs to fit right
The support is still not installed. I cannot remove the old support from the wall of the refrigerator. I have used all kinds of tools.
