The knob on our stove when turned to low turns the burner off completely. When the know is turned to half way it puts the burner to a perfect simmer at full it works fine. The Flame goes from high to simmer just fine but just to quick with the knob. Can the knob be the cause of this? The burner is clean and a good Flame.
