i need the handle replacement on the freezer door

The part that connects the freezer door handle that attaches to the freezer door has broken off. It's part of the handle, not the part mounted to the freezer. Can that part be replaced? Both sides that slide have broken. Do we need a new handle or can we just replace the mounting parts on both sides?
