Broken handle
Removed the screw from the broken piece. Put the new handle in the proper location and screw it tight to the door. It is like new now and my wife is very happy to have it ready for the holidays.

We first noticed the oven took an excessive amount of time to reach the desired temperature. Finally, one small part of the bake element turned bright red, almost like it was on fire, and then it broke apart at that spot.
After reading other customers' experiences, I removed the screws holding the element in place and pulled it out a few inches in order to disconnect the wires. I then attached the new element and replaced the screws. It was much easier than I expected.
