Dishes not getting clean, loud grinding noise during drain cycle, would not fill after first fill cycle and would not sanitize.
Since I did not orig. order a fill valve I bought one locally(at twice your price) and after installing it the dishwasher worked. I then continued to install the pump motor housing and the wax motor for the soap dispenser. The dishwasher now works great, is quiet, the dishes are clean and sanitized.

Unit sounded like it was trying to start then would shut off.
I removed the lower spray arm, then the cover over the discharge housing. Then removed the discharge housing, and the wash impeller. I reassembled in the reverse order of the disassembly, with a new discharge housing nut, housing gasket, and lower spray arm seals.

Dishwasher made a loud deep grinding noise
First of all, The part came in 2 Days which was amazing. I removed the jump up nozzle, lower washer arm and filter gaurd by unscrewing the cap (no tool needed). Then I removed the the Pump cover and secondary filter assembly by unscrewing the 6 screws with an allen wrench. I then removed the rinse arm then I unscrewed the discharge housing nut by hand. I then removed the three screws hold ing the discharge housing in place using a socket, replaced with new one and put it all back together the opposite of the way I took it apart. No more loud grinding sound. I hope this helps. It took about 15 minutes. I have a few extra pieces but the dishwasher dosn't seem to miss them. Just Kidding

High pitched squealing sound during drain cycle.
After determing the waher arm is removed by unscrewing plastic threaded nut on center of arm all other disassembly was pretty self explanatory. Removed all parts down to the discharge impeller and found the bottom of the impeller had broken off and was rubbing against the impeller making the noise. Easy fix with simple tools, I did find the parts breakdown from the Parts Select website helpful in determining the part was supose to be one piece.

Lower wash arm not turning, poor cleaning of dishes
Determined wash arm not turning. dismantled washer assembly to impeller. Found discharge assembly had broken causing a plastic plate inside of it to cut holes in the sides. Water was being forced out the sides instead of up into washer arms. Replaced discharge assembly and just in case, the impeller as well. Reinstalled impeller and discharge. Took out filter and cleaned it thoroughly. Reassembled washer arm assembly. dishwasher works like new.

Started to make loud noise
this repair is done from the inside, remove lower basket, screw off the center nut (its not to tight came off by hand, no tools)take off spray arm, take all the torque bolts out, remove the screen filter take the 3 bolts out of the pump housing and remove, mine came apart that was the noise. The impeller may not need to be replaced but mine had marks on it so I did.Install new seals clean up parts and put it back together with new parts ..works as good as new!!!
