Door handle latch broken / front panel broken

Maytag repair man 1 year ago caused most of the damage after I took the front cover off - the repairman broke off most of the screws holding the front panel in place leaving me to replace the front assembly.

The repair was easy - save yourself and do it yourself vs paying someone alot of money to only make it worse in the long run...

Front panel cracked / chipped

Disconnect power. Open door and weigh down with a fairly heavy object so door does not spring up. utilizing the nut driver remove all screws on the perimeter of inside door. Lift up back of door exposing the back side of front panel. Loosen / remove fasteners for circuit board and carefully remove without breaking friction clips. Remove flex glued protection sheet from old panel to reinstall on new. Discard old panel and put back together with new panel.

Plastic broken

Definably needs two people. One to do the work and the other to help (just hold stuff) watch the plastic parts. Take your time it's easier than it first looks.
