Broken axle/wheels on lower basket
It took longer to unpack teh parts than it did to repair. Simply snaped the wheels onto the axels and then snaped the assembled units axle supports on the lower basket. Reinstalled the lower basket in the dishwasher tub and all is great.

One of the wheels fell off of my rack and I threw it away not realizing what it was.
I ordered a new wheel - from another company - and it was fine - but it didn't come with the axle. So I ordered both from you and it worked just fine. Thanks so much.

The original design of the axle made it susceptible to coming off
Removed old wheel and axle. New wheel pops on to axle, then put hole in wheel on wheel stud and align clip to attach to vertical support behind wheel stud. Push wheel on and clip attaches. Easy!

Wheels would not stay on
poor engineering design of lower basket wheel attachment. With time the c-clips designed to attach wheels to basket axles lost their 'torque-grip' strength allowing the wheels to fall off into the bottom of the dishwasher and melt against the drying element. The replacement clips for the wheels have a very different design and attach to the basket axles in a manner that makes it almost impossible to come off without forcing/breaking them off. I don't know what the name of the new design is, but my hat's off to the engineer(s) who developed it. Amazing how something so simple can make life so much easier. WBB

Wheels were coming loose and melting on heater
I purchased the new white wheels and the redesigned clips. Installation was easy, no tools needed. I had a concern with the one size only wheels because the existing front 4 wheels were smaller than the rear. Not an issue once I installed the new wheels and clips. It rolls better, solid and sure than the existing wheels which would require extra effort if not pushed from the middle.

Wheels keep falling off dish rack.
So easy and the posts on the site were incredibly helpful in determing what part i needed. The wheels on the dish rack inside the dishwasher kept falling off. I had to keep lifting the dish rack in and out of the dish washer to load and unload it. Unbelievably annoying. I popped the old wheel axels out of the exisiting wheels and replaced them with the new wheel axels I ordered from PartSelect. Then I attached the wheels back on the dish rack and it was right back to normal.

Wheels keep falling off
So impressed! I got my parts 2 days after I ordered them. Installation was super easy. I wonder why I waited so long to order! It was such a quick easy fix. The wheel axel is redesigned from the original ones. No more fighting to get my lower rack pulled out! Thanks for great service Parts Select!

Wheels were broken, continually fell off
Actually, given the lack of instructions, I installed the wheels incorrectly. Ordered a complete new bottom rack. What a difference! GE re-engineered a poorly designed product and the new rack with improved wheel installation is great. One complaint. My product information tells me the racks are guaranteed for 5 years. My rack also had some rust.I tried to call GE but got only very unhelpful voice prompts. Do not have GE rapairmen in area. Rack was just under 5-year warranty when I started trying to contact GE. But it was worth the money to get the new rack.

Lower rack wheels kept falling off
I ordered the replacement wheels and axels. I popped the axels into the wheel holes and then snapped the assembly onto the rods on the lower rack. SIMPLE!! Should have done it a long time ago and could have save a lot of frustration with a sliding rack that didn't slide very well.

Front right wheels falling off lower dishwasher rack
The two lower right wheels kept falling off, then one fell down and was partly melted by the heating unit on the bottom. I went on line, read some of the do it yourself repairers to see what they did. Looked up the parts, (used the back wheels to put on the front)ordered it, delivery was just a few days and within 10 minutes done. It was just that easy. Thank you for making it that easy, a lot of us are trying to save where we can these days and that helped a lot.
