For the 2nd time i have had this issue. Under the slide out vegetable tray on the bottom part of the unit, ice is forming? I believe it to be the dryer clip in the back part of the fridge behind the back panel? If so please verify the p/n for my model s/n rs900726
Is this a continual issue with the new refrigerators, i may think twice about purchasing this style of unit

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. If there is ice forming under the crisper drawers, the issue is likely drain tube being being clogged with food debris and it needs to be cleaned out. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
