The door handle broke off

First, I slid off the cover on the right side of the door. This allowed me to remove the screws from the broken part of the handle. Thereafter, it was a simple matter of putting the handle on, tightening the screws from the inside of the door, and sliding the cover back on. Took all of about 10 minutes!

But the best part of the story is that I ordered the part on Sunday evening and, much to my surprise, it showed up on Tuesday afternoon! Thanks for the quick response, PartSelect! I will most certainly tell all of my family and friends about the good experience I have had with your company.

Water wasn't flowing into the dishwasher

You'll have to put the dishwasher on it's side. The water inlet valve is located in the center on the bottom of the unit. I read that you could access it by pulling the kick plate off. Not on this unit. Once on it's side, Locate the valve. The input is a garden hose type screw connector. Un-screw the inlet hose. Then take a medium phillip screw driver and take out the two mounting screws for the valve. When removed, turn the valve to expose the the water outlet hose. Take a pair of pliers to compress the hose clamp and slide it up on the hose. Then twist and remove the hose. Take the new valve and replace the outlet hose and clamp. Mount the valve with the two screws and replace the inlet hose. Make sure the rubber gasket in the inlet hose is in good shape or you might have a leak. Screw the hose connector down as tight as you can get it and the give it an 1/8 of a turn with the pliers. Don't over tighten. Tip the unit back on it's wheels hook it up and let it fill while checking for leaks.

Broken handle on door

Installed new handle with the two ordered screws. Everything fit. Quick repair. Though I believe the handle to be a little pricy.....when all is finished and all works properly one can overlook what ones feels is a little pricy. Also much cheaper than a entire new unit. Thanks for prompt delivery.

Door handle broke off flush with door.

Needed to jam another screw driver in to the plastic on the other side so I could unscrew the screws and get the old plastic sleeves out of the door. Once I got those out, the repair took all of five minutes. Beats buying a new microwave.

Microwave handle broke off

Super easy. I had to grasp the remaining plastic handle nubs with a pliers while unscrewing the screws with a philips head screwdriver. Save the screws -- the handle does not come with them. Attaching the replacement handle took about one minute.

The handle broke on the microwave that was installed to the cabinetry

We removed the screws, they were broken so we needed pliers to hold one end of the screw while we twisted the other end.
After that we simply screwed the new handle in.
I ordered exactly what I needed, the new screws were separate. But I looked at the pictures of the parts and made sure I had the correct parts to finish the job. I did. The parts were there in 2 days and we had the microwave fixed before Thanksgiving.

Door handle broke off

The handle is held in place by two screws, so it was a simple matter to remove the screws and attach the new handle with the same screws

So the handle broke

While the handle was an expensive part, it was far, far cheaper than buying a new Microwave. Wrestling with opening the door (no release) was NOT an option!!!
