Wheels kept falling off bottom drawer.

After going on your website and reading some of the other stories, we couldn't believe how easily we could have resolved this issue! We called local appliance parts and sales stores and they gave us ridiculous prices to replace the wheels!! For a small amount, we were able to get the parts, (within 2 days!!), and I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes! You are wonderful and we highly recommend you and your services. Thank you!

Original and factory replacements wheels come off

I removed the old wheels and put on the new ones. The replacement wheel axel works so much better than the original parts and will last much longer

Support for lower wheels broke

Looked up parts diagram on your Web Site found the parts number and ordered them. Problem was the diagram had two part numbers. One was for lower basket wheel assembly, the other was for lower basket (rear) wheel assembly. Ordered both and when I received the parts the only difference was color. Now I have front wheels in white and rear wheels in gray. Other tan that it was a simple repair and saved a costly service call.

Retaining clips on orignal tray wheels had become brittle and lost their holding power. So wheels were slipping off.

Pulled off the old ones. Followed the advice from your site to put the new retaining clips on first. Then put wheels on retaining clips.

All but one of the wheels came off the right side of the lower basket

I received the rollers but not the stud rollers in my first shipment. I telephoned and explained that I also needed the stud rollers, which are the axles for the wheels. The stud rollers were FedExed immediately with the shipping waived.

I popped the wheels onto the stud rollers and then popped the assembled roller and stud onto the basket. You can not make a mistake if you put the roller(wheel) on the stud roller(axle) before putting it on the basket. There is then only one way it will pop onto the basket. These are much better stud rollers than the original eqipment ones. They grip tight and don't slip off.

Bottom rack wheels fell off

I just pushed the stud roller onto the roller wheel and then onto thedishwasher lower rack. The stud roller is the axle and it took a little pressure with a plier but they are very secure now. It could not have been easier. I should have done it long ago. The dishwasher wheels starting breaking off before the machine was a year old. I use the dishwasher not even every day and nothing odd was done to the wheels it was just a very poor design. One wheel broke, then another and so on until every night I had to balance the rack on broken wheels just to run it. So frustrating and now perfect, sturdy, smoothe rolling rack thanks to your easy to use parts. Thanks so much

Rollers broke off the bottom rack

Fortunately I read the reviews and someone suggested purchasing the stud roller with the rollers. Great Suggestion. It was actually the stud rollers that were broken. It was as simple as taking the old rollers off, inserting the studs into the new rollers and snapping them in place.

Wheels on lower basket fell off, melted and wouldn't go back on

This was really easy. I agree with the other posters that I read about before I purchased new wheel and axle components. It took all of about 5 minutes to do, it was really simple and well worth the money spent. DON'T wait any longer lifting that tray out ...get the parts and fix it, you will be happy you did!! Very Happy : )

Quick delivery. Great part diagram. I though shipping cost was a little high.

Everything was just snap it together. I snap the bushing into the wheel and snaped the wheel into the lower rack of the dishwasher.
